like new means in new and perfect condition. not repaired after being damaged. very bad experience to buy from you. you have even refused the return. very sad.

you mentioned in this pist earrings status is Like New but it has been damaged and repaired. 1 hoop opening hook is siler color made of steel and 2nd one is original bronze. It's a humble request kindly take it back and issue me a full refund. The packaging was very good. I wish the earrings flaw was mentioned on the description.
