Pretty blue top. Can be worn casually or dressed up for a formal look. It kind of has a balloon vibe and can be tied up on the side. Has solid navy blue border and this ethnic print all over it. It's very colourful, so can be styled with anything. I have barely worn it and condition is like new. The material is kind of thin, but not see through.
