It is a black and white polka dot dress with a slit on one side and adjustable strapes from the brand Street Style Store(SSS). It is slightly sheer so I would recommend it to wear with tights underneath. It is new, not even wore once and i am selling it because of sizing issues as I ordered a smaller size and then couldn't return it. Hope you will like it!
