It's a beautiful gathered top in black base with white polka dots blue which has border in front and back. it's flare falls amazingly and when paired up with staright pants or jeggings add indo western look which is comfy yet stylish in daily life.
only worn 2 or 3 times and due to size issues I am selling it.
