it is new i have worn it just once. In the picture it looks a lil dirty and crumbled as it just needs a good clean after that it'll look great and just like new. It is an amazing piece just one lil flaw which is mentioned in the above picture but hardly visible other than that no flaws its a must buy piece, go for it girl 😊❤
