Hi everyone, we would like to keep you updated on specifically what goes into your ratings, which will influence your ability to sell and the visibility of your items.

1. RATING FROM BUYERS
Probably the most important of the three - This is how the buyer appreciates (or not) the item received. If the item is "as described", ideally disappointment should be reduced or eliminated. So it is important that you disclose the actual condition, including defects major or minor, in both pictures and description.

2. CANCELLATION BY SELLER
This is related to how many times you as a seller have honoured your sales, after your item has been grabbed. If you are not willing to ship due to any reason, please make your posts unavailable before they get grabbed. Cancelling after your item has been grabbed will disappoint buyers.

3. CORRECT LABELLING
If your item is >1kg, electronics, fragile, you should select the labels when you post. This helps FreeUp decide how to process the orders. Each time your item gets reported for not being adequately labelled, your reputation may be affected.
