@sakshigro I've seen the issue you have raised. About the clips- it was totally intact and damaged while I packed, it was definitely during the shipping that it happened, really not my fault. Lehenga- I've mentioned everything in the description, that is the reason why I was selling a lehenga at such a cheap rate so that the buyer should not be disappointed because of the amount. Concealer- I myself am shocked to see that it is dry, I checked it few days before packing, it wasn't dry, I applied it on my hand itself to check that, so I am really wondering how that happened during shipping. Mam, will you do me a favor and resell it? Instead of a return? I am extremely sorry but none was my mistake, either it was mentioned in the description or it was damaged during shipping. So please consider this :)
