hi Harsh the book was not damaged from my end. it is completely freeups own fault . they are having delivery issues. as you'r asking for refund , they are charging me the book price u paid. why should I give the penalty as I am not anyhow responsible. you know the book was completely new and why should I give coins back to free up so that they can give you. this it's completely freeup's call . i also raised complaint. you too talk to the customer care executive. why should I entertain this where I am nowhere responsible . they r complete unethical
